37th European College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ECNP) Congress in Milan

Gaye Hafez, from Turkey, participated in the ECNP Congress held in Milan, Italy, from September 21-24, 2024. She presented an e-poster titled “Antibacterial agents with a negative impact on cognitive functions in patients with chronic kidney disease” as part of the CONNECT COST Action studies.

The study highlighted the potential negative effects of antibacterial agents on the central nervous system, focusing on how this impacts cognitive dysfunction, particularly in patients with chronic kidney disease.
